Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it's placed. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Order tracking: Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once your package ships. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends will ship the next business day.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Pawrey has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
