Every Pawrey product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll process a full refund.
We built this policy because we genuinely believe in what we sell. If it doesn't work for your pet, we want to know — and we don't want you paying for something that didn't deliver.
How It Works
Email Us
Send a message to andrew@pawrey.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
We Respond
Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with next steps. Most refunds don't require you to ship anything back.
Get Refunded
Once approved, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Consumable products (dental sticks, calming chews, sprays, balms) — no return required. We'll refund you without asking you to send anything back.
Hardware products (PawSafe trimmer) — we may ask you to return the item in its original condition. If so, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at andrew@pawrey.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return required.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, the fastest route is to request a refund and place a new order. We process refunds quickly so you won't be waiting long.
