At Pawrey, we proudly offer FREE shipping on every order—no minimum required. We’re dedicated to making pet care convenient, and that includes getting your products to you quickly and reliably.


🕒 Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

During high-volume periods such as holidays or special promotions, processing may take up to 7 business days.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and carrier performance. Here are general delivery timeframes:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7–15 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delays due to customs, weather, or courier backlogs may extend delivery beyond these estimates. These circumstances are out of our control.


📝 Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If you spot an error, email us at andrew@pawrey.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to make the change, but cannot guarantee updates after this window.

If our system flags an address issue, we’ll contact you within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, the order may be canceled and refunded.


Delayed Delivery

We know how important timely delivery is and always strive for fast shipping. However, delays can occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Bad weather

  • Customs holds

  • Payment verification issues

  • Product availability

We’ll notify you of any major delays on our end, and will support you in resolving transit issues. That said, Pawrey is not liable for delays caused by third parties or events beyond our control.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived—or it’s lost in transit—please:

  1. Contact your courier first to open a claim.

  2. Then, email us at andrew@pawrey.com with your order details.

We’ll follow up with the courier and support your claim. While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. In serious cases, you may be asked to file a police report.
