Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be altered.
If canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We package all Pawrey products with care, but if your item arrives physically damaged or defective, let us know within 72 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged product:

Email andrew@pawrey.com with a clear photo of the item and packaging.

We’ll assess your claim and, if eligible, send you a replacement at no cost.

Damage to external packaging alone does not qualify.

We do not accept returns or issue replacements for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper use.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ship your order quickly, but delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control—such as courier delays, customs, or weather.

If you experience issues after your order has shipped, please contact the courier directly.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If an error occurs, please notify us within 24 hours.
After that period, we cannot offer a resend or refund for orders shipped to the wrong address.
