Every Pawrey product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll issue a full refund.
We built this policy because we genuinely believe in what we sell. If it doesn't work for your pet, we want to know — and we don't want you paying for something that didn't deliver.
How to Get a Refund
Email Us
Send a message to support@pawrey.com with your order number and a brief reason for the refund.
We Respond
Our team will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your refund. In most cases, you won't need to ship anything back.
Get Refunded
Once approved, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Consumable products (dental sticks, calming chews, sprays, balms) — keep the product, get your money back. We refund you without asking you to send anything back.
Hardware products (PawSafe trimmer) — we may ask you to send the item back in its original condition before issuing the refund. If so, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at support@pawrey.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full — your choice.
Refund Processing Times
Once your refund is approved, we process it on our end within 1–2 business days. From there, it typically takes 3–5 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If it's been longer than 7 business days and you still haven't seen the refund, email us at support@pawrey.com and we'll track it down.
